How to delete your account
If you'd like to delete your Kansa account:
1. Go to your Profile settings
2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
3. Confirm your decision
What happens when you delete your account:
- Your personal data is deleted within 30 days
- Your booking history is retained for legal/financial record-keeping as required by law
- Your reviews are anonymized (your name is removed)
- Any remaining gift card balances are forfeited
- This action cannot be undone
Note: If you have upcoming bookings, please cancel them before deleting your account.
You can also request account deletion by emailing privacy@kansa.so.
