Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

When you upgrade, you get immediate access to all new features. We'll prorate your billing so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current period. No double-charging.

You can downgrade at any time from your billing settings. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You'll retain access to your current plan's features until then. All your data is preserved — features simply become read-only if they're not included in your new plan.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA Direct Debit through Stripe. All payments are processed securely with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. For Enterprise plans, we also offer bank transfer and invoice billing.

Add-ons can be added to any paid plan (Starter and above). They're billed monthly along with your subscription. You can add or remove them at any time from your billing dashboard. The Clinic Bundle offers a 25% discount when purchasing all clinical features together.

You can add extra staff members to any paid plan. Additional staff cost a flat €10/month per seat on all tiers. Each extra staff member gets their own login, calendar, and public booking page.

Yes, you own your data. You can export your client list, booking history, reviews, and financial records at any time from your dashboard settings. If you cancel your subscription, you have 90 days to export your data before it's deleted.

All plans include email support with responses within 24 hours. Professional plans and above get priority support with responses within 4 hours during business hours. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager and phone support.
