Deposits and prepayments
Some businesses require a deposit or full prepayment when booking:
Deposit: A percentage of the service price charged at booking. The remaining balance is paid at the location.
Full prepayment: The entire service price is charged at booking.
Pay at location: No upfront charge β you pay after your appointment.
The payment requirement is clearly shown during the booking process. Deposits are applied to your final bill β you won't be charged twice.
If you cancel within the business's cancellation policy, your deposit is refunded. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit depending on the policy.
