How refunds work
Refund policies depend on the business you booked with:
- If you cancel within the free cancellation window, any prepayment or deposit is refunded automatically
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5β10 business days depending on your bank
If you believe you're entitled to a refund that hasn't been processed, contact our support team with your booking reference and we'll investigate.
Note: Gift card purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
