How to leave a review

After your appointment, you can leave a review: 1. Go to "My Bookings" 2. Find the completed appointment 3. Click "Leave a Review" 4. Rate your experience (1–5 stars) 5. Write about your experience 6. Submit Reviews are only available for verified bookings β€” you must have actually visited the business through Kansa. Reviews appear publicly and help other clients make informed decisions. You can edit your review within 48 hours of posting. After that, contact support if you need to make changes.
