Review guidelines
To keep our community helpful and trustworthy, reviews must follow these guidelines:
Do:
- Be honest and based on your genuine experience
- Be specific about what you liked or didn't like
- Be respectful and constructive
Don't:
- Include false or misleading information
- Use discriminatory, threatening, or harassing language
- Include personal contact information
- Post reviews for services you didn't receive through Kansa
- Accept incentives in exchange for positive reviews
Reviews that violate these guidelines may be removed. Businesses can respond to reviews publicly but cannot remove them.
