How to cancel or reschedule a booking
To cancel or reschedule:
1. Go to "My Bookings" in your profile
2. Find the appointment you want to change
3. Click "Cancel" or "Reschedule"
4. If rescheduling, select a new date and time
5. Confirm the change
Important: Cancellation policies are set by each individual business. Some businesses may charge a fee for late cancellations or no-shows. The cancellation policy is always shown at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel but the cancellation window has passed, contact the business directly through the in-app chat.
