Understanding cancellation policies
Each business on Kansa sets their own cancellation policy. Common policies include:
Flexible: Cancel up to 1 hour before the appointment for free.
Moderate: Cancel up to 24 hours before for free. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Strict: Cancel up to 48 hours before for free. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full amount or a deposit.
The cancellation policy is always clearly displayed when you book. If you paid a deposit, refund terms depend on the business's policy.
