How to view and manage your bookings
To view your bookings:
1. Sign in to your Kansa account
2. Click your profile icon and select "My Bookings"
3. You'll see your upcoming and past appointments
From the bookings page you can:
- View appointment details (date, time, service, location)
- Cancel or reschedule (subject to the business's cancellation policy)
- Rebook a past service with one click
- Leave a review after your appointment
